We use MySchool to make our application process as simple as possible.

# 2 | SUBMIT APPLICATION

There is a $250 CAD fee, payable by credit card, required to submit the form. Once you sign in and complete an application, you will receive a checklist from us regarding further steps.

#3 | Submit documentation

Throughout the process, you can submit the documentation to support a 2024/25 application:

1. A final report card for the 2022/23 school year
2. A most recent report card for the current school year, 2023/24
3. An academic reference completed by a current teacher
4. A copy of the student’s passport and birth certificate
5. A photo of the applicant

We also accept SSAT scores and the completed Character Skills Snapshot as part of a student’s application, however, it is not mandatory.

#4 | Student Assessment

We will schedule an interview for your child and family, as well as an assessment by one of our teachers.

For international families, we are conducting interviews and assessments via Zoom.

#6 | APPLY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Tuition assistance is available to Canadian students who have been admitted to SMS.

All new students may apply for entrance scholarships.
