Explore a new theme and art material each day, and learn different techniques and creative approaches to artistry. This four-day self-defence series will equip your child with the tools to set, hold and enforce their personal boundaries. Students will enjoy this empowering physical training while learning to set boundaries with friends and acquaintances through fun, scenario-based exercises. We will discuss online safety, and sexual assault prevention in an age-appropriate context. Self-confidence and awareness are key for your child, as they gain more independence and responsibility. Your educator and instructor is Yvette André, founder of Sixth Sense Self Defence Ltd. She has trained and taught in male-based combat sports for 30 years and has developed programs specifically with female physiology and safety in mind.
